In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, we’ll do our best to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.

It is important that you read the terms and conditions for your policy carefully before proceeding to make a claim, as the reason for claiming may or may not be covered under your insurance policy. The answers to our questions or the designated claims administration team will be the basis of consideration of your claim. You must ensure that all information is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and that all material facts have been disclosed. Failure to do this may mean that your policy and claim becomes invalid.

Getting you to the right Claims Team

KAPUT offer different insurance policies in conjunction with several insurers to make sure that we can give all new and existing customers access the most affordable and comprehensive cover. This does mean that certain policies will have designated claims administration teams to deal with your potential claim.

If you have purchased one of the following Domestic or Landlord Policies:

 

  • Appliance Insurance
  • Home Emergency
  • Boiler Cover
  • Complete Home Emergency

 

 

 

and your Policy Reference Number begins with the following prefix, please use the contact information which is relevant:

If you need to make a claim please contact Preferred Management Solutions Limited, the claims administrator acting on our behalf on 0800 999 7878 as soon as possible.

  • Policy certificate number
  • Details of claim
  • Date of loss

In the event that you cannot locate your policy number, please fill in the claims form below and we will try our best to act quickly to make sure your claim is raised with the relevant claims administration team.
