- The Claims Line is open Mon-Fri (09:00-17:00)
Out of Office Hours
- We know that broken appliances don't understand opening hours
- You may need to register a claim at any hour of the day
- 24/7/365 your call will be answered by our Out of Hours Team
- They will take your details and arrange for a Claims Agent to call you back during opening hours

- If you prefer you can log in to your KAPUT MyAccount and register a claim
- You will need your Username and Password from your welcome email
- You can email us to register a claim at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please include as much detail as possible about the appliance and the problem

What Happens Next?
- The Engineer Network will arrange a convenient time and date for them to visit
- They will send you a text message alert to confirm your appointment*
- You will receive a link to the tracking portal so you can view the progress of your claim
- The Engineer will call you before 9am to confirm any delays ahead of arriving, making it easier for you to plan your day
