Register a Claim by Phone

  • Just call the Claims Line FREE on 0800 999 7878 "Option 1" Make a Claim
  • The Claims Line is open Mon-Fri (09:00-17:00)

 

Out of Office Hours 

  • We know that broken appliances don't understand opening hours 
  • You may need to register a claim at any hour of the day
  • 24/7/365 your call will be answered by our Out of Hours Team
  • They will take your details and arrange for a Claims Agent to call you back during opening hours

  • If you prefer you can log in to your KAPUT MyAccount and register a claim
  • You will need your Username and Password from your welcome email

What Happens Next?

  • The Engineer Network will arrange a convenient time and date for them to visit
  • They will send you a text message alert to confirm your appointment*
  • You will receive a link to the tracking portal so you can view the progress of your claim 
  • The Engineer will call you before 9am to confirm any delays ahead of arriving, making it easier for you to plan your day

* Engineer match, text, online alerts and call ahead only available with main employed service network engineers.
