We're there for you when things go KAPUT - if your home appliances break down. With our Multi-Appliance Policy, KAPUT insures the essential products in your house from as little as £3.37 per item, per month.   • No excess payment on any of our 70+ insurance products

    All of our 70+ products across all departments come with absolutely no excess - It's all included in your premium, so when you want to make a claim, we won't ask you to make a payment...we can just get on with processing your claim and repair.

  • Our cover includes parts, labour and call-out charges

    Your warranty insurance cover includes parts, labour and call out charges (inc VAT) during normal working hours (8am – 5pm Monday to Friday) subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of Your policy.

  • Maximum policy cover of up to £25,000 across 10 appliances

    If your appliance goes KAPUT, we will cover you for up to the original purchase value, per product, subject to your Policy Terms and Conditions.

    This is limited to a maximum value of £2,500 for each Home, Small and Miscellaneous Appliances and £1,000 for each item of Audio/Visual equipment.

  • We give our consumers a 14 day cooling off period with 100% refund

    We hope you are happy with the cover this policy provides. However if the insurance does not meet your requirements, you can cancel your cover within 14 days with 100% refund, or thereafter, at any time during your contract by contacting KAPUT Limited.   • Fixed price packages, irrespective of the age, make or value of the appliance

    Unlike many other policies that will calculate your price based on the age, brand or original value of your appliance, KAPUT has a fixed cost for all of its products, so you know the price we quote at the start of the process is the price you'll pay at the end. No hidden calculators or sudden hike in prices.

  • Call Centre Services 365/24/7 with freephone telephone number

    Our call centre is open 365 days, 24/7 on freephone 0800 999 7878, so you can call us at any time during the day or night. The attendance of an engineer to your home is available during normal working hours (8am–5pm Monday to Friday).

  • We cover and call-out to 100% of the UK

    Our Engineer Network is one of the largest independent engineer fields in the UK.

    Pacifica Group, who have been speifically selected by UK General Insurance to administer KAPUT claims and repairs, are trusted by some of the UK's biggest brands, and manage repairs directly with the likes of SONY, E-On, Elextrolux, LG, The AA, Morrisons and AXA.

    All the Engineers are employed, uniformed and fully kitted out in branded vans. In more rural areas and Islands e.g. Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man – they use a network of 150 Authorised Service Partners who have been approved and work to strict service level agreements.

    Satellite receiver unit claims are handled by Castelan Group - an expert in their field who service 1.5 million UK residents and businesses accross the UK.
