Our Home Emergency insurance is there to give you peace of mind in the event of an emergency at your home. Although we want to help you as much as we can during difficulties such as Home Emergencies, we cannot cover all problems which occur. Please see the key policy exclusions below and you can read all the policy exclusions on our policy terms and conditions document.

  • Any claims within the first 30 days of cover, from inception date in the first year of cover
  • Any claims which exceed the claims limit
  • General maintenance and wear or tear
  • Circumstances known to you prior to the commencement date of your policy
  • Claims arising after the Home has been left unoccupied
  • Repairs and servicing (where applicable) on systems where spare parts are no longer available
